hi, My server is J2EE1.3 My DB is DB2 when i unzip the db2java.zip file to a directory, let say "temp" after i set the classpath and j2ee_classpath to the directory. there is still an error which says "COM/ibm/db2/jdbc/app/db2java.zip" not found would you help me thx stephen chan
Hi, this might be late but better than nothing..:-) COM/ibm/db2/jdbc/app/db2java.zip is not the name of the driver class, if you already unziped the file replace the last section of the name with DB2Driver.class, db2java.zip in this context does not mean anything... The best way to do this is to include the db2java.zip in the J2EE_CLASSPATH with no need to unzip it.... i.e. db2java.zip is the file containing the driver, and it should be in your J2EE_CLASSPATH, zippped or not. COM/ibm/db2/jdbc/app/DB2Driver.class is the fully qualified driver class name and it is what is being looked for within the db2java.zip file.... Philip
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
