Rave was considered to be one of the best company to work in terms of technology in Mumbai.My friend worked there for 7 years.He used to travel between London<-->Mumbai alot.They used to work on VC++/C till 2000.

Have you changed your job and come to Mumbai(which company) or have I observed this completely wrongly?
