Hello,
I wanted to know about how is infosys Pune for laterals.
I am having around 5 years experience in Java and they have offered me Programmer Analyst with band C.
Regarding salary around 40% is variable.
So wanted to know about projects, growth and generally how much percentage of variable people get ?
