Pals,
I am working as senior project leader in india's no.1 company and looking for a change after 7 years. I am aspiring for CSC, Accenture, Infy or like ones. Do you have any Idea what would be the expectations, how the interviews would be and what kind of pay package they give.

I been interviewing people for our org, butas it been a while to have given interview discussions, this information about market trend will be useful.

Welcome to Java Ranch Sanala Nivas!!

Would you like to share with us that In which company you are currently working if you don't mind. Actually as you are telling that you are working in India'a No 1 comp and still you are checking out for Infy. It's really strange.....

Even Accenture and CSC are not so good as your Work ........

It will be better if you tell at which technology you had done work in your previous expereince.....

That will be very helpfull to discuss the Thread...
