why I don't have a directory called public_html , do I have to create it ?

I WL 6.0 you can post your html in
C:\bea\wlserver6.0\config\mydomain\applications\DefaultWebApp_myserver
note that you may change the path to match your installation

There is no such directory .If you want you can create it under
C:\bea\wlserver6.0config\mydomain\applications\DefaultWebApp_myserver
Then while calling the jsp you'll have to specify the directoryname/jspname

you can put your jsp/html in any folder..
but set the doucment root property to that folder..in weblogic.properties file
weblogic.httpd.documentRoot=C:/folder1/subfolder1
