Hi All
Has someone explored MMap session manager in iPlanet web server.
It says that it is a persistent session manager, but even if i remove a particular session attribute it is available again for next request .
I understand if a session attribute is persistent it should always remain till the web server is stopped ,but if u remove an attribute from session then it should be removed regardless of persistence
in simple words "Persist only with what is in session".

The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please log in with a new name which meets the requirements.
Sorry I don't know the anwswer to your question.
Thanks.

Best Regards,<br />Matt Midcap
