run j2ee server,please help!

Hi:
I'm a newer for j2ee.PLease help me.
Setting following:
path d:\jdk2\bin;d:\j2ee\bin
set classpath=:;d:\j2ee\lib\j2ee.jar;d:\jdk2\lib
set JAVA_HOME=d:\jdk2
set j2ee_home=d:\j2ee
The work folder is e:\japrac
command line:
e:\japrac>j2ee -verbose
But the server can't run proper.It is always said "out of evironment...........bad command or file name"

How should I do to run j2ee server?

Thank you paying your attention to my problem.I don't know it very well.I just passed scjp and installed j233 v1.3 to begin my now study.I follow the tutorial to do some examples.First,compile the beans and clientcodes,second,run server,the third is deploy.Now you see I'm blocked in the second step. :-(
I'm shame for my blank.

Hi,
If you are using Windows try to increase the initial environment memory in a dos console.
And you have also to download ant from jakarta to make your J2EE from sun to run if I�m not wrong, read the documentation carefully.

Thanks very much.My system operation is win98.I'm reading another j2ee book written by the author of tutorial . He didn't mention ant.
