WebLogic problem ClassCastException: weblogic.common.CallbackDispatcher

I got this ......
java.lang.ClassCastException: weblogic.common.CallbackDispatcher
<<no stack trace available>>
context look up null
java.lang.NullPointerException

Can anyone explain

Could you ellaborate a bit where you are getting this error.
ClassCastException usually comes when you are not typecasting properly and NullPointerException means either some variable is not initialized properly or you are trying to access any null value in your programme
