i heard some where that syntel hires from low end engineering colleges and hires students ( at the bottom of the class ) in third year of engineering . the idea is that folks who join them don't quit .

Syntel is good company. I was working in Pune's office. They have many good project in struts,EJB. In Pune , they have 2 offices - one in city and other in Nigadi. About onsite, I think it is ok. I was working for few months so I dont have much knowledge.

there is nothing like these now.I have also herd the same thing previously & resaon I have herd is that because they have send some guys for onsite & they remain their even after visa expire date.I dont know how much truth it is.
