Deployment Descriptors

Hi,
I am looking for a simple sample Deployment Descriptor for Bean Managed Persistent Entity Bean for Weblogic.
Can anybody send me a simple one please.
Also I deployed my bean succesfully in J2EE but while running
the client got an CORBA_NO PERMISSION Exception.
Also during deployment I got this warning ...
C:\j2sdkee1.3repository\scomerica\applications\FinalBilling100574733989Server.jar
Binding name:`java:comp/env/jdbc/MyDB`
Warning: Reference reference java:comp/env/jdbc/MyDB is using a JNDI name that
is not bound: jdbc/MyDB
Application FinalBilling deployed.
Any pointers what could have gone wrong?
