Enterprise Java beans from Oreily and Mastering EJB from Wiely are two very good book for any one who is new to EJB. They cover fundametanls very well and examples are small can be done and tested in short time.
Another book Professional EJB ifrom Wrox press is also good. For advanced concept or specific problem user groups and forums are helpful.
As said earlier it depends upon what you want to know in EJB?
