EJB Deployment using ant tool

I am using ant tool to deploy my EJBs. When I was trying to generate ejb.jar for weblogic6.1 using weblogic.ejbc I found it does not create client.jar (as specified in ejb-jar.xml).
When I run the weblogic.ejbc from command line I do get a valid client.jar file.
My question is it this a problem with weblogic.ejbc or ant tool?
What could be wrong?
Has anyone ever faced this problem?
I will appreciate your reply.
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
