Hi All,

I am having 2 yrs exp in Core Java,JSP,Serlvet,JDBC,JNDI technoglogies i want to switch my current job but as i am having 3 months notice period no one want to wait for that...and even my current company dont accept money inplace of my notice period. With these circumtances i got offers from MBT,CTS,IFlex,IBM but none of them r ready to wait for 3 month. Now i m having offer from PSPL nd they r ready to wait but pay is quite less 3.50L but mostly in hand pay.

My question here is How is work environment,TRAINING,WORK,TECHS,INCREMENTS.....WITH PSPL ??

Your suggestions and views are highly appreciable.

PSPL is a one of the best companies to work in Pune.
They may not compete pay-wise with the MNCs, but the quality of work is far better than most companies in Pune.

Good things about PSPL,

1)Good Projects and good Technology.
2)Quality crowd.
3)Very good increments.
4)good work culture. You can switch between projects.
5)Very good infrastructure.
6)Well defined processes.
7)Take good care of their employees.

Hi Gopal,

Strange that you joined a company with 3 months notice period and who doesn't accept money in lieu of notice period. Please publish the company name here.

I have a friend who first used to scan the offer letter to find out the notice period of the company he is joining and then take a decision.

Cheers

Hi Vaibhav,

They had conducted Written Test [Core Java+JSP+EJB+Design Patterns] and those who had cleared Written Test the had conducted Interview for them.
In Interview they are aksing fundametals only.but quite deep in Core Java as i m scjp i already know the stuff...so it was easy for mine but ppl said it was too tough.

So prepare yourself conceptually rather reading Interview FAQ this wont help you out atleast in PSPL...

Hope you got your answer.
