How's the company in terms of pay, work culture and facilities ?

Pay = Good
Work Culture = Rubbish (personally know at least 10 people working there)
Onsite opportunity = short terms trips may be, many people join lured by onsite opportunties, but now Tesco decided all work to go offshore - so no long term opportunity
Not very much work pressure, on the other hand. Pretty relaxing life....
