I need to know some information on designation-role mappings in Cognizant.

Example, for what role "Sr. Systems Analyst" designation is given?
Also what should be the designation for a PM role ?

Programmer Anlyst Trainee (Fresher)
Programmer Analyst
Associate
Sr. Associate
Assistant Project Manager
Project Manager
