This may be a really stupid question, but it won't be the first time I've asked one of those. What does EAI stand for? I have seen those letters thrown around quite a bit lately, but I still don't know what they mean.

Hi Matthew,
EAI stands for Enterprise Application Integration.
There is a growing need of integrating existing enterprise applications within an organization or between organizations for sharing data even business process, because numerous separate legacy applications are out there.

Hi
The goal of an EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) solution is to synchronize business applications.
Perfect solution is to use XML.
EAI, has good explanation.
Thanks,
Anil

Old problem, new buzzword.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
