I am calling a session bean which is returning an ArrayList of java beans. On attempting to return the ArrayList I get the following error
java.rmi.MarshallException : CORBA MARHSALL 0 No
Could someone enlighten me as to why I might be getting the error. Any help appreciated

perhaps because an ArrayList does't implement java.io.Serializable and thus Marshalling an ArrayList to be able to be transfered over RMI/IIOP throws an exception ???
Confirm, anybody ?
