Hey Ranchers,

I'm working with an IT solution firm now I got a very very good offer from a MNC Financal firm (They are paying me a real handsome salary) The thing is there is not onsite here.

With companys like LB, ML, Morgan Stanly, Citigroup, etc. starting their own IT Division is really a start for panic for IT solutions firms in long run. The project that IT solution companys get from this gaints will fall darastically in time.

Will it be a good move to work with this company which pay good Indian salary but no onsite (I consider onsite to be a good income then Indian salary however high it is)

Guyz wats your opinion on this. Will this experience help or is it better to stick with IT solution firm.

If you want to settle down abroad, it is a different case. If you want to quickly make money, the phase between 2-6 yrs of experience will be a perfect time to spend abroad, give a sudden boost to your bank balance. Then come back to India, settle down in any of these high paying companies...they are of course not running away. They will happily accept you because of your onsite exposure.
