what's the jndi error message means?

CallCenterWEB is a web application with no codes in it. the compile and error message is as follows.
C:\BorlandEnterpriseServer\jdk\bin\javaw -classpath C:\bea\wlserver\lib\weblogic_sp.jar;C:\bea\wlserver\lib\weblogic.jar; weblogic.deploy -component CallCenterWEB:myserver -username system undeploy 12345678 CallCenterWEB
JNDI naming exception: Naming exception trying to connect to: t3://localhost:7001 as: system: 12345678
I don't know what this error message means. please help me.
