EJB introspection

Hi,
Ive got a EJB (EJB-A) with a business method (METHOD-1) that returns a reference to another EJB (EJB-B) remote interface ( returns a Handle, not a EJBObject ;-) ).
METHOD-1 has only one parameter (PARAM-1).
PARAM-1 is the JNDI name of EJB-B.
There are several possibilities about PARAM-1s value (there are several possible EJB-Bs)...
How can I use Java reflection/introspection to create the apropiate EJB-B reference?
Thanx
