Serialization Error

Hi,
I have deployed an entity bean (Customer) that has a dependent object (Address) which is represented as a ValueObject. When I pass this ValueObject to the create method along with certain other parameters, it works fine. The required data gets inserted into the database. However when I fire the findByPrimaryKey() method, it throws an exception saying that the "InputStream does not contain a serialized object".
The ValueObject (Address) and the primary key class used in the findByPrimaryKey() method are both serialized.
What might be the error???

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
