Job chances with experience in closed company

Hello,
I work for a small software firm,which is likely to close in other 2 months .as they don't have any new projects.
I have 2 years of work experience in that company,what are the chances of getting job after company closes?Will my experience count?

Your experience is counted. It doesnt matter whether your company is closed.

But Nowdays,companies do backgroud checking more,will they accept such experience...

I am hearing a lot about background checking these days. But I'm not sure what exactly they find out. Do you mean reference chekcing?

You may specify that to the next company's HR (that it's going to close, so background checking might be affected)

Your experience will count for sure. Also keep ur salary slips, job offer letter of your current company ready if required.

Background checking is to check whether the details provided correct or not. If your previous company got closed that is not a problem.
