Errors getting started with J2EE/Cloudscape

I'm trying to work through the example workbook that comes with "Enterprise JavaBeans 3rd Edition" from O'Reilly, but I can't figure out the proper configuration of my Entity --> Deployment Settings dialog in the deploytool UI (Sun Reference implementation). I've got the j2ee server running and the cloudscape DB running and have created the table manually using 'cloudscape -isql'. However, whenever I click "Generate Default SQL" or "Generate SQL Now", I get a javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: CouldscapeDB_pm not found. Where is that "_pm" coming from? I have some entries in the Tools --> Server Configuration --> Data Sources that were there by default and look correct, such as:
jdbc/Cloudscape jdbc:cloudscape:rmi:CloudscapeDB;create=true
But still I can't figure it out. There appears to have been some instructions left out of the workbook, which was otherwise very detailed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I agree. Here's the link:
