If you have got MS degree and you are in USA then it ispossible.Otherwise its rare to get directly hired from a company(assuming you are in India). Other solution is to get into that company which has Indian operation.Work there for 1/2 years and ask for onsite.

Does that really work? Isn't the whole point of having off-shored teams to avoid having to hire people at the home office? Or are you talking about truely exceptional employees?
ok,. if alien (In USA , H1B visa holder) is working for his bodyshopping agency,In the mean time can he search for a job? is it possible?do u heard such kind of incidents.I mean, breaking the agreement with agency.A individual H1B alien(visa holder, not having MS in USA) can he get a job?, like any US citizen.can he survive in USA withhout any agency help. if yes what is the proper way, expecting exciting thread from ranchers incidents

First off, I'm not familiar with agencies and their contracts, so you should consult a lawyer about that.
The H1B visa is transferable between companies. A company willing to take you on with an H1B can go through the required legal hoops and have it transferred to them. A Masters degree is helpful, but not hugely so. Already living in the US, having a good grasp of English, and of course being very good at what you do, are assets that are at least as helpful, and probably more so.
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
