Siebel CRM - Pune Job situation

I am a silent follower of these forums at JR (not many contributions) but I appreciate the honest feedback given by most of the memmbers.

About me:
I'm working in the industry for around 4 years on various technologies and now looking forward to moving into a management role. Currently with a CMM Level 5 company and working on CRM technologies for some time.

As the topic suggests I would like to know the scope of Siebel CRM in Pune IT companies w.r.t
1. Companies currently having good projects
2. Salary/Compensation offered
3. Work Culture i.e. availability of net, peer environment, stability

Any inputs from forummers is appreciated and this should help many people in CRM too!!

I know abt some of the companies which work in CRM in pune
accenture,wipro,mbt,t-systems.
But if u are looking for onsite then I think u should go for indian companies.Are u giving preference to CRM over J2ee?

I'm aware of the companies mentioned by you and they are not upto the mark neither in CRM or any other areas. I'm not necessarily interested in onsite but would like to move towards management keeping in mind healthy compensation in Pune.

I can negotiate as I want in Bangalore but Pune seems to be an issue. Only T-Systems seems to be good and have got some positive feedback from lots of people.

And to answer another of your queries I'm primarily not a J2EE guy and have worked on most of the technologies/areas with CRM being the latest.

If anyone else can provide some information on even smaller companies that would be great!! But Wipro/Tech Mahindra/Infosys/TCS are a big no no
