The Sun J2EE Tutorial is very good, it is all online at
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/tutorial/1_3-fcs/
However, I don't know if there is a truly simple and easy EJB tutorial. EJB concepts can get complex, so it probably would be a challenge for any one to write an easy EJB tutorial. Has anyone tried?

Download a copy of Ed Roman's Mastering EJB Book, freely available at www.middleware-company.com. It's got very good examples as well as tutorial.
