all of them are good..but If Techspan is giving you onsite and you are keen for that then go for Techspan..Have you verified who will be your client? Sapient is also good in terms of quality of work.

Beware of the work hours in Sapient. I am working with some sapient guys in a project. Extended working hours - upto 70 hrs a week is normal for them.

They mostly work on Fixed Time Fixed Cost projects, so there is little scope for variance in cost / schedule.

There is some onsite opportunity in Japan at Techspan for about six months. could you please give an Idea about the working environment and other factors there.

I think Sapient has a good brand name as compared to Techspan, Infy has got only brand nothing else so I am not considering Infy.

i got a call from Techspan...but due to location preferrence finally i did not respond.

Techspan does the work of maintenance(strictly).. no product dvelopement.
umm...onsite opportunity in japan? did they tell you like that ? well ok..good.

but there seems not much opportunity really.

As per my experience Techspan pays lot more than Infosys. Not sure about Sapient. 4 years experience person got 9 lac in techspan. Does Infosys pay that much.

Also Techspam boasts a lot about their IIT/REC only staff. Not sure how much that is true.

you didnt tell us your location and your preferences. If you wanna work hard and learn more join Saipent, if you wanna work in large company with lot of onsite opp but after 1yr of ur joining join infy, otherwise Techspan.

If you are in noida, I would suggest you to join Techspan.

in sapient u can grow pretty fast and also learning will be more, provided u r willing to work hard. have also got good onsite ooptns. Techspan work culture is lot relaxed and pay is a better, but not sure abt the growth aspect.
i wud suggest sapient to techspan as the exp will help u in the long run.
