Oppurtunities in Pune?

Will anybody list names of the good product-development companies to work in Pune which provides one of the good pay-packages in the industry??
Plz mention advantages/disadvantages in terms of,
- Work environment/culture
- On-site opp
- Career Growth
- Work pressure
- Compensation.

On-site opp & product companies is conflicting..
I cant say much but what I have herd some product companies
and I have doubt over whether they are project or product ..
redhat,tpt,t-sys ..

Yes. Generally speaking for s/w professional in India product based companies and onsite opportunities don't go hand in hand. Onsite opportunities are more in Services companies. But you do get a good experience in product based company which can prove very valuable in the long run.

yep, it's true that Produ-dev and on-site opp dont go hands-in-hand.

If we leave that part beside, then what are the good prod-developement companies in Pune which offers good salaries?

Is it reaally the case that Pune companies offers less salaries than B'lore companies due to local market conditions?

veritas I very well..culture herd that it is good.. But dont know whether they are into java/j2ee or not?chk previous threads.

Well Veritas which is taken over by Symantec are having projects in Java/J2EE
