It all depends on the offer and benefits you are getting from those and your long term goals etc etc

isnt cts too crowded i mean they are bulk recruiters ... so wont it be difficult for a fresher like me to surface and then shine.
does anyone know the growth of an individual in citos

CTS is good for freshers,a It is great deal of luck to get into a good project of our desired technology. They will definetly process visa and send onsite with in the first 1 1/2 years.

The work will be hectic and all depends upon the project

No idea on CITOS, By the way which location the offer is in CTS?

hey... onsite basically depends on your project... im not sure about CTS sending you onsite in 1 1/2 yrs... it would be close to 2+ esp. for freshers.. again depends on your project... may you find the best project

Cheers, James
