Is there a good book on EJB to start with which has j2ee server examples...(shows how to deploy it using j2ee server)
There are books with all kinds of servers which I don't have...so I can never run the examples...

I downloaded a trial copy of Weblogic to use when reading Mastering Enterprise JavaBeans. You can use any application server with the book if you are willing to put a little effort into researching the app server specific configurations.

If the book is good (and not centered around a specific server's idiosynchracies and procedures) you should be able to run the examples on ANY standards compliant server.
You will have to adept the deployment procedures of course to match those of your server which will mean diving into the documentation of that server, but that's all there is to it.
