Can somebody please guide ..how is techspan noida
i am having an exp of 2.5 years and have got an offer as senior associate(java)...
will it be worth joining that company...in terms of wrk and enviornment

Can anybody guide me ..which will be a better option to go ..for ..Techspan Noida or Fidelity Gurgoan. I have got an offer from both the companies, package is similar...Having an exp of 2years (Java)
Please guide. uRGENT ....

One is service company and another is like inhouse software development company. If you would like to work on Finance domain choose Fidelity and if you would like to work on diversified domain with onsite opportunties choose Techspan.

Since Fidelity is a big brand, so that also adds to its plus points.
By the way how is market value of techspan??

I have had many friends who left fidelity. Technically in terms of java/j2ee they said, there is not much to learn. They have there proprietary framework. I heard this 2 yrs back.
Not sure what is the current scenario.
