Hi All
I am new to MDB.forgive me if this looks like a stupid question. Recently was trying out a few sample code on MDB.
Say if i have 3 queues & i want to create 3 separate mdb's for these queues
say if I want MDB1 to listen to Queue1, MDB2 to listen to Queue2
& MDB3 to listen to Queue3
The deployment descriptor setting is something like this
<message-driven>
<message-driven-destination>
<destination-type>javax.jms.Queue</destination-type>
</message-driven-destination>
</message-driven>

This description looks pretty vague , how to map MDB1 mapped to the corresponding Queue1 , say MDB2 to Queue2 & MDB3 to Queue3.
how do i set this in the deployment descriptor

This is done using the vendor-specific deployment descriptor. For WebLogic, here's the relevant documentation.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
