Well you are getting the Hike around 36% so that's good.
Package in Next company depends upon so many factors.
1. Your Current Salary (Upto Expectations for you)

The Best way to predict your future is to create it - Every great individual common man
Ask for atleast 4.5 , Accept offer between 4.2-4.3.
How was your technical interview BTW? I don't think academics will play vital rola at around 3 yrs. of experience, i guess.Although your earlier projects & knowledge related to the same will definitely does matter.
Join... usually big comapnies don't negotiate too much at junior level.... if you can get onsite Indian salary doesn't matter much

Hi friends thanks for the suggetions.
In fact TCS is also giving options now to change the domain. like they want people to switch to DataWarehousing or other tech. If i will get such options can you tell how it would be ..for the future career ?
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
