Hi All,
I'm glad you found the presentation. I also have some code from the presentation on my blog.
Patterns Central is kind enough to host a copule of chapters. You can download chapter 2 on persistence and chapter 5 on servlets.
We did not really rank them in any way (common, uncommon etc.) we just listed many of the AntiPatterns that we have seen in the field.
