hi,
i m trying to get datasource using a name lookup with "java:/DefaultDS" in
an indepentendt client java application. however i get "name not bound" exception.
When i use "java:/DefaultDS" within container it works fine.
so what is the problem? is it about being in <local-tx-datasource> tag?

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
