Maybe a stupid question: "Head First EJB" is referring to the RI AppServer and the deploytool. Where on Sun's website can I download it? I searched but did not find any location. Your help is appreciated.

I installed the full SDK (Windows version) but there is now deploytool executable nor the server. Any hint?

Found it. It's now called Sun Application Server. Sun's website is a little bit diffuse but finally I found it. Thanks to everybody who looked into this.

You are right. They now named it "Sun Application Server" without the "One". And that is actually where part of my confusion came from. I love Java. I love the idea of open source. But Sun could definitely do a better job with respect to structuring their website and less changing names of all the pieces.
