i would say..go for a particular technology and a particular domain.. master them.. then any company can pay you.. nobody pays for an average 2 years experience.. it must be ina particular domain and technology.
or either you must be m.tech or iitian.. what are you ? what domain are you in what technology do you know what previosu companies experience do you have do you have onsite experience. do you know any foreign language.. all this count of my dear friend
and if you dont have any of the above..then getting that much pay is dreaming
