I know that EJB don't allow to load Native library and use it but I need to do it badly.
If anyone has any idea please let me know.

In fact, most container's never check this. Your EJB CANNOT directly be a JNI class, but in most containers nothing will stop your EJB from calling a Java class that is a JNI class.
