Transation type default

Inside the ejb-jar.xml, if not specified for a bean I'm assuming the default transaction type is 'Container'.
But then what is the default for the
<assembly-descriptor>
<container-transaction>....
If it depends on the container used....I'm using Jboss.
Thanks

There is nothing like default for transaction attribute. If you don't specify, container will fail to deploy the component incase of container transaction.
