Hi All, While compiling EJB classes from command prompt I am getting these errors: package javax.ejb does not exist cannot resolve symbol EJBObject and so on. I beleive this means necessary jar files containing these package/classes are missing in the CLASSPATH variable. I have opened all the jar files that are under my J2EE installation directory but could not find one that has javax.ejb package in it. As someone adviced I also tried running setEnv.bat file. But it did not help. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Srini

When you install J2EE on your 'puter, you will have a jar file named "j2ee.jar" I belive in the main directory, not in the lib one. Including the j2ee.jar file in your classpath will relieve your worries. If it ain't there, look around a bit. I'm on a j2ee 1.4 on windows, and it's sitting right there if I remember correctly.
