Hello,
I need help seting classpath for J2EE on Windows XP Pro. I can not find the jar file to point to.
HELP please.

I'm predicting a "name change" announcement .....
But to answer your question, you need to download and install the j2ee distribution on your computer. The j2ee.jar will be located in the lib directory. You need to include that jar file as part of your classpath when you compile your sources.
