I am trying to run a simple client for a entity bean in oc4j container
and I get java.net.ConnectException can anyone please help me out with that.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
