If you want quick onsite then go for HSBC and if you want long term onsite then go for I-Flex.

Can you share, what all are offering?

Vikas how much experience you have and how much is each of them offering you ?

I guess HSBC would have the best pay !

What people told is right : HSBC may give you onsite very soon but will be a short term . I-Flex ( I am not sure) may give you long onsite but they can send you anywhere : South Africa for example .

HSBC sends to UK , Canada etc .

Well it's really strange I thought HSBC would be at the top for paying more.

But anyways then I would tell you join I-Flex.

I am surprised too...assumed that HSBC might have the best offer. But companies have different policies for giving offers, like not more then x % hike no matter if the position pays more.

I think 5L for 3 years exp is good salary in IFlex. As per my experience they do not negotiate much.

I think you should try to negotiate with HSBC . Tell then you already have an offer from Iflex and Patni of about 5 lacs and I guess they should be ready to negotiate .

I guess your current CTC is 3-3.5 lacs thats why HSBC offered you less !
