There has been enough Accenture bashing done here and may be people are bored doing the same again. If you could search for previous posts you're likely to find it and probably would be enough to make you think on your decision to join Accenture.

If somebody gets really bored about Accenture bashing ( as said so), he can keep quiet. We should not irritate ourselves.

Syntel and Patni has a tough competition for who is worse.
Somebody who has worked in both the companies is considered to have very strong patience, will power and can be treated as bad as possible

I found Patni's name as 50 best-managed outsourcers at following link ..Any comments ??

http://www.investors.com/editorial/IBDArticles.asp?artsec=17&artnum=1&issue=20060829

I guess all Infy founders including Murthy were originally from Patni ?? What went wrong with Patni in last 2 decades ??

It is listed in the 50 best ... because it is a very old company ( older then Infosys ) . If it was a good company , it should have got revenues better then Infy , Wipro etc .

So the list says nothing about Patni .

Patani is a good company, not equivalent to Infy, Wipro but it is good in its range.

You just can't judge every company by their revnew, google started few years back but it is crossing many other big companies, that doesn't mean other companies are not good company.

Dont even compare Infy and Wipro with Patni!

And we are talking about all services company like Infy,TCS,Wipro,Syntel and Patni and not about product companies like Microsoft,Google etc

For a services company the older company should have better revenues and well established policies, good emloyee satisfaction,HR policies which Patni is not having .

See Patni started many years before Infy or other services companies were even thought of . If it was a better company its revenues would have been always better than most of the companies .

Even if we leave Infy in this disucssion , many companies started after Patni . Patni started in early 70's , HCL also started at the same time in 1976 but it is still having better revenues . Satyam started much later , but revenues are better then Patni . What more you want ?
There is no need of discussing which is better amongst worst ( Patni and Syntel ) .
