I want use the Oracle Database (free version) form my study experiments in
J2EE
architecture, what version of Oracle DB i have to download?

I suggest you to use versions 8i.xx 9 or the fresh 10G version, as they're the most likely you'll find around to work at this time.(not sure about 10 cau'se never used or seen, just heard about).
