Hi,
After DB restart (or connection failure) I try to recover the server. In order to do this, I want to tell to container connection pool to reset (clear) all available connections.
Does anybody knows how I can tell to container connection pool to reset (clear) all its connections (in standard way, or at least in Jboss)?

Thanks,

Igor.

I think this should be possible using JMX. Posting in JBoss forums(www.jboss.org) could help.

There is no standard way to command the reset of the pools inside a J2EE container as this is not specified inside the J2EE spec.
However, I think that every container offers some kind of direct API or some other mechanisms (as suggested JMX) to get to these kinds of services.
