Hi All,
I have created a simple EJB and made a jar.I have also put the ejb-jar.xml and weblogic-ejb-jar.xml files in meta-inf.When trying to deploy it on the managed server ,I am getting the error as :

[J2EE:160043]Missing deployment descriptor "META-INF/ejb-jar.xml" at "C:\bea\user_projects\domains\mydomain\myserver\upload\World.jar"

Could any of u please help me out soon.

Thanks,in advance

Assuming your folder structure is correct, the next step is to check the case of the meta-inf folder. It should be META-INF, not meta-inf.

Better use ant for building instead of manually zipping the files. Ant will take care of these problems. The weblogic examples will give you a good starting point for build scripts. Good luck !
