Hi friends,

I am in an MNC working as a Software Engineer.Is 4.15 Lacs p.a. less for 3 yrs exp in datawarehousing field?

Please Reply as I want to know where I stand? and also should I have become a senior software engineer by this time(3 yrs exp)
