I have been workin on struts i18n.Once the locale is set in the browser the language of accept-language header gets set properly, but if the language is changed in the internet options, the browser has to be restarted to view the change, otherwise the browser still retains the previously selected language(eg. en) .Is there any way to dynamically change the locale without having to restart the browser everytime the language is changed(InternetOptions->Languages).
