There is a huge SOA project here in Saudi Arabia that alot of major companies are in the running for; IBM, HP, BEA, TIBCO. It will integrate numerous government agencies and the public government portals. Very ambitious timelines. The RFP was one of the most detailed and best written I've ever seen.

Hi Ahmad,
Could you please explain in little more detail about your project from technology perspective. A high level architecture would do, you could even send me a private message.

regards,
Vibhav

Yes recently Sun acquired SeeBeyond and named it as JCAPS. Sun with its partners trying to push the product in the market. The software is not free even for evaluation. May be in future Sun makes it as freeware.
